Manifesting your dreams doesn’t have to feel like an uphill battle. In a recent Instagram Live, I shared how you can tap into the three keys to manifesting—Belief, Desire, and Vibration—to create the life you truly want. I also opened up about my own journey of overcoming setbacks and building belief in myself, including the story of running my first half marathon in 2013. Spoiler: I didn’t finish training (or even show up) for the first one I signed up for in 2011.
This is your reminder: failure is not the end. In fact, it can be one of your greatest teachers. You can use those experiences to support and strengthen your belief in what’s possible for you.

The Three Keys to Manifesting: Belief, Desire, and Vibration
1️⃣ Belief: Your belief in your ability to manifest is the foundation of everything. Without it, no matter how much you desire something, it will feel out of reach. Think of belief as the soil where your intentions take root—if the soil isn’t healthy, your desires can’t grow.
💡 Tip: If your belief feels shaky, start small. Build belief in your ability to create minor wins, and let that momentum carry you toward bigger goals.
2️⃣ Desire: Desire is the spark that fuels your manifestation journey. But it’s important to check in with yourself to ensure your desires are truly yours and not influenced by external expectations. Authentic desire creates alignment, while misaligned desires can drain your energy.
💡 Tip: Reflect on what truly lights you up. The stronger the desire, the easier it is to stay motivated.
3️⃣ Vibration: Vibration is all about aligning your energy with your desires. It’s not just about taking action but taking aligned action—the kind that feels expansive rather than draining. Maintaining a high vibration means balancing action with rest, joy, and self-care.
💡 Tip: Use affirmations, visualization, and gratitude practices to elevate your vibration.
Journal Prompts to Jumpstart Your Manifestation Practice
Take a moment to grab your journal and reflect on these questions:
✍🏽 What are you wanting to manifest?
✍🏽 What would you rate your self-belief in your ability to manifest this in the next three weeks? (Rate from 1 to 10, with 1 being very low and 10 being absolute confidence.)
✍🏽 What would you rate your desire to manifest this? (Again, rate from 1 to 10.)
How to Align Your Belief and Desire
If your belief is rated below a 5, it’s time to focus on building that belief. On the IG Live, I shared actionable tips to help you do this, such as using affirmations, revisiting past successes, and breaking down your desires into smaller, more achievable steps.
Here’s why this matters: if your desire is high (5 or above) but your belief is low, you might find yourself out of alignment. This misalignment can lead to frustration, burnout, or feeling stuck. Manifestation works best when belief and desire are in harmony.
